I've got a kettlebell and am after getting a heavier one. At the time I bought my kettlebell I lamented that the main problem with it is the fact they're different weights so you need to buy another one to get a heavier one. Whilst they're available in sets as reasonable price, what would be amazing is an adjustable one!

There are loads of exercises you can do with a kettle bell - it's a bit like a dumb bell but you can use it differently cos of the handle loop making it easier to hold whilst doing different things!
Plenty of routines available to follow (and be immpressed by on youtube or follow the guide that comes with it! There's normally a full routine given with this sort of thing that shows you lots of ways of using it. Increase repetitions before upping weights!
