Currys Reserve and Collect - their online ordering and picking up from their stores service
Reserve and collect allows you to ensure you get the bargain you've seen online. If you don't reserve then the item might sell out before you get to the store.
You have the item reserved until the end of the next working day. You don't pay the delivery charge!
Shop as normal.
When you've found the item you want look for the reserve and collect symbol
We think the currys site is excellent as it also shows clearly when an item is not available for collect at store. This saves you hunting round for info - as you can quickly see whether the item you're after is available for the collection service.
Add the item to your basket as you would do normally. Then click the reserve and collect button
At the basket stage you get the choice - if you want to reserve and collect then check the button. You then get to put in your postcode to find out which stores near you have the item.
They show you your local stores and which has the item in stock.

You then have to enter your details to confirm that you want them to reserve the item. You have to give your name, email address and telephone number. The email address is optional but it does mean that you can then print your email confirmation to take with you to the store. You do have to wait an hour before going to the store to enable them to get it out of their stock and waiting for you.
Collect print out and/or reference number with you, the store will supply the goods at the online price which applied when you chose to Reserve & Collect. This may be cheaper than the usual instore price! This means you can potentially bag some real bargains!
You can pay by cash or credit/debit card, but not by any business account. In the unlikely event that the goods are not available then Currys will do everything that they e can to get the product from another Currys store or find you an acceptable alternative.
On arrival, please go to the Reserve & Collect point in store. It will be clearly marked
